Instant Results
This $50 on-site health screening add-on is available when you book our phlebotomy services (minimum upfront payment applies). It includes a fingerstick test for cholesterol (total, HDL, LDL) and glucose. We use our CLIA-approved CardioChek device, and we are a CLIA-approved provider. The test is done via dermal puncture, not venipuncture, reducing anxiety. Results are fast, no fasting needed, perfect for wellness events to give immediate health insights. Lab Based Testing
Lab testing bundles are available only as an add-on after booking a phlebotomy event. A minimum prepayment is required for both the phlebotomy services and the selected lab testing package.
We’ve partnered with one of the nation’s leading laboratories, and all specimens are sent to LabCorp for processing.
Standard Bundle – $115 per person
Includes the following lab tests:
- Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides)
- Hemoglobin A1C (average blood sugar over 2-3 months)
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) – Liver, kidney, glucose, and electrolyte levels
This bundle is ideal for basic wellness screening.
Premium Bundle – $135 per person
Includes the following tests and services:
- Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides)
- Hemoglobin A1C (average blood sugar over 2-3 months)
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) – Liver, kidney, glucose, and electrolyte levels
- Complete Blood Count (CBC) – Evaluates red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, and platelets
- Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) – Assesses thyroid function
- Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) – Screening available for male participants
- Hemoglobin A1C – Monitors long-term blood sugar levels
- Biometric Screening – Blood pressure, height, and weight
- On-site Specimen Centrifuging – For proper specimen handling and stability

Lab testing packages are offered only in combination with a scheduled corporate phlebotomy event and are not available as standalone services.
To confirm your event, a minimum number of participants must be prepaid for both the phlebotomy collection and the chosen lab test package.
